Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed? (i.e. Order and Delivery Details)

We always work to get shipments out as quickly as possible, so your order details would be locked and sent for processing as soon as we confirm it. Once you successfully make an order, any amendments to your order will no longer be possible. We always suggest reviewing your cart and shipping details carefully before you check out!

If the delivery details provided are invalid/insufficient, our courier partner will return your parcel(s) to Tasty Grocer. From there, returned parcels will be refunded via store credit or you may proceed with a resend however extra shipping fees will be imposed.

 

I've already placed order, but I'd like to add more items to it so you can ship together. Can I do that?

We always work to get shipments out as quickly as possible, so your order details would be locked and sent for processing as soon as we confirm it. Once you successfully make an order, any amendments to your order will no longer be possible. We always suggest reviewing your cart and shipping details carefully before you check out!

Therefore, adding items or combining orders is not available. Kindly place another order should you need to buy more items and they’ll be sent to you accordingly.

How much is the shipping fees?

MALAYSIA

West Malaysia:
- For Orders (RM0.00-RM100): RM8 (shipping fees)
- For Orders (>RM100) - free shipping

East Malaysia & selected rural area in West Malaysia*:
- For Orders (RM0.00-RM100): RM25 (shipping fees) + Additional RM 35 (logistic surcharge)

*Parcel delivery location is subject to the locations delivered by our courier partner(s). The delivery fees and courier partner(s) are subject to change from time to time without notice to you.

SINGAPORE

Currently, we offer International Shipping at RM 30.00 for all standard shipping. Order above SGD 400 might subject to GST from Singapore customs.

How long does it take to process and ship out my order?

You may refer below for the estimated delivery time frames for orders to Malaysia & Singapore.

*Business Days do not include Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays.

As a guideline, all orders will be processed the next working day after payment. Once our team start to process your order, you will receive an email notification. Our team will pack the order accordingly based on a first-come-first-served basis.

*During peak sale/promotional period, we may not be able to fulfil the standard deliveries time period due to heavy surges in online orders – you will be advised of any product availability issues after placing your order. There will be an additional 3 days to deliver.

If you do not see an update on your tracking information for more than 10 days, please contact us with your name and Order ID and we will lodge an investigation on your behalf with the courier company. Investigations usually take between 3-5 business days to receive an outcome (excluding Public Holidays and Weekends period).
